Warm congratulations
Recently, the technology “Energy-Saving Process for Ethylbenzene Vaporization in a Low-Pressure-Drop Ethylbenzene Evaporator and Styrene Dehydrogenation Reaction System,” independently developed by Ruihua Technology, has been granted patent protection by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

“Energy-Saving Process for Ethylbenzene Vaporization in a Low-Pressure Drop Ethylbenzene Evaporator and in the Styrene Dehydrogenation Reaction System”
This invention patent pertains to an energy‑saving process in the styrene industry. The process employs a low‑pressure‑drop ethylbenzene evaporator—a dual‑layer structure integrating heat exchange and gas–liquid separation—and recovers substantial waste heat to generate steam. This steam is compressed and then used as a substitute for externally supplied low‑pressure steam, serving as the primary feed vapor for the ethylbenzene vaporizer. The process significantly reduces the consumption of low‑pressure steam in the reaction system while also decreasing the use of circulating water, thereby achieving dual savings in both low‑pressure steam and circulating water. This invention provides an integrated equipment‑and‑process solution for green, energy‑efficient upgrades in the styrene industry, and it offers robust support for the company’s future sustainable development and technological advancement.

Continuously breaking new ground and achieving even greater success.
