Equipment loading and delivery for overseas projects
Successful Application of the Company’s Independently Developed Polystyrene Process Package

Stepping into the second-phase workshop of Ruikai Equipment, one is immediately greeted by a vibrant and bustling production scene. In the heavy-duty workshop, towering at 21 meters high, overhead cranes shuttle back and forth, lifting and moving large equipment components. Workers are intently conducting final inspections and packaging for a batch of high-end chemical equipment set to be shipped to Russia. Amidst this hectic production pace, the company received exhilarating news—equipment from a previously undertaken overseas project has been successfully loaded and delivered. This milestone achievement not only marks a significant accomplishment for Ruikai Equipment in its deep engagement with overseas markets but also underscores the company’s robust capabilities across the entire value chain, from technological R&D to manufacturing, in the field of chemical equipment. It adds a brilliant stroke to RuHua Technology’s internationalization strategy.
First batch of equipment delivered: Kicking off the “first shot” of overseas contract fulfillment.

On July 18, 2025, the Ruikai Equipment Factory was bustling with a scene of orderly and efficient activity. With the completion of the final fixing procedure, two first-stage pre-polymerizers and two second-stage pre-polymerizers were successfully loaded onto trucks, marking the official delivery of the first batch of equipment overseas. This stellar start has not only filled our overseas customers with confidence in Ruikai Equipment’s ability to meet its contractual obligations but has also accumulated valuable experience for future equipment deliveries.
Delivery of remaining equipment: Overcoming difficulties and achieving a successful conclusion.

From November 20 to 25, 2025, Ruikai Equipment will embark on the “final battle” of its overseas project—the remaining 20 units of equipment will be fully assembled and delivered in a single batch. The equipment being delivered this time includes the first polymerization reactor, the second polymerization reactor, the third polymerization reactor, the devolatilization heater, the primary devolatilizer, the final devolatilizer, the raw material preheater, the devolatilization mixer, and the melt heat exchanger, among others.
Strong Core Competencies: High-end Design and Manufacturing Capabilities

Changzhou Ruikai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was established in 2014. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a Sunan Gazelle Enterprise, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changzhou Ruihua Chemical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Ruihua Technology, code: 920099). Relying on the parent company’s profound expertise in chemical engineering technology, the company has developed unique competitive advantages in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing. The company is located in the Jintan Hua Luogeng Industrial Park, a core industrial zone in the Yangtze River Delta region. Its plant covers an area of over 100 mu and features a specialized production workshop spanning 36,800 square meters, enabling it to build a comprehensive, end-to-end high-end chemical equipment manufacturing system. The company boasts a rich portfolio of core products, including reactors, heat exchangers, towers, crystallization equipment, and storage tanks. Thanks to their outstanding performance and adaptability, these products are widely used across diverse industries such as chemicals, oil and gas, metallurgy, food, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and environmental protection, meeting the specific requirements of various sectors for equipment that can withstand corrosive environments, high temperatures, and high pressures.
In terms of qualification certification, Ruikai Equipment holds the ASME “U” certification (certificate number 60728) and ASME NB authorization, and possesses Class III, Grade A2 qualifications for the design and manufacture of pressure vessels (including on-site manufacturing permits for ultra-large, medium- and low-pressure non-spherical pressure vessels). The company is among the few in the industry that combine both high-end design capabilities and robust on-site manufacturing expertise.

The smooth delivery of overseas equipment once again underscores RuiKai Equipment’s strong capabilities in building its business ecosystem and accumulating technical expertise. In recent years, the company has actively expanded its business chain by integrating the R&D and production of core patented equipment—complementing process packages—into its own business system, thereby truly establishing an integrated service loop encompassing “R&D and design—manufacturing—technical solutions.”
