Changzhou Ruikai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. delivers its first batch of equipment overseas

On July 29, 2024, Changzhou Ruikai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruikai Equipment") signed a "Proprietary Equipment Sales Contract" with an overseas customer for the PS-250 project (250,000 tons/year polystyrene). The contract stipulates that the delivery method is FCA (Free Carrier), and the delivery location is within the Ruikai Equipment factory.
On July 18, 2025, Ruikai Equipment completed the loading and delivery of the first batch of overseas equipment at the factory, including two primary pre-polymerizers and two secondary pre-polymerizers. The delivery of the remaining 20 pieces of equipment will be disclosed in subsequent announcements.
The delivery of this overseas equipment is an important milestone for the company's equipment to enter the overseas market, laying a solid foundation for the company's further expansion into overseas markets.
Changzhou Ruikai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta. Relying on a modern park of over 100 mu and a 36,800㎡ specialized workshop, it has built a high-end chemical equipment manufacturing system: equipped with a 200-ton single-unit crane system, 320mm extra-thick steel plate hot-rolling equipment, a 400Mpa ultra-high-pressure testing platform, and more than 500 welding equipment and a full-process automated production line, covering key processes such as precision blanking, heavy forming, and extreme pressure resistance. It provides customized equipment and technical solutions for various industries. Products include reactors, heat exchangers, towers, stirring equipment, core components, crystallization equipment, storage tanks, etc., suitable for the chemical, petroleum and natural gas, metallurgy, food, pharmaceutical, power, and environmental protection industries. Reactors include bubble reactors, fixed-bed reactors, isothermal tubular reactors, and fluidized-bed reactors; heat exchangers include fixed tube plate type, U-tube type, floating head type, packing gland type, falling film evaporator, and multi-effect evaporator; towers include packed towers, plate towers, and extraction towers; stirring equipment includes paddle type, impeller type, turbine type, propeller type, and ribbon type; core components include chillers, mixers, and atomizers.
