Changzhou Ruikai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. delivers its first batch of equipment overseas

On July 29, 2024, Changzhou Ruikai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruikai Equipment") signed a "Proprietary Equipment Sales Contract" with an overseas customer for the PS-250 project (250,000 tons/year polystyrene). The contract stipulates that the delivery method is FCA (Free Carrier), and the delivery location is within the Ruikai Equipment factory.
On July 18, 2025, Ruikai Equipment completed the loading and delivery of the first batch of overseas equipment at the factory, including two primary pre-polymerizers and two secondary pre-polymerizers. The delivery of the remaining 20 pieces of equipment will be disclosed in subsequent announcements.
The delivery of this overseas equipment is an important milestone for the company's equipment to enter the overseas market, laying a solid foundation for the company's further expansion into overseas markets.
Changzhou Ruikai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta.
