1. Principle:

2. Concept process

The industrial waste water is transported to the sewage treatment tower by a liquid transfer pump. After fractionation, the light components flow out from the top of the tower and are condensed into liquid through the condenser at the top of the tower. The condensed liquid is separated into liquid and gas through a liquid separation tank, and the gas is discharged out of the boundary. , The liquid is mostly returned to the sewage treatment tower through the reflux pump to continue fractionation, and a small part is discharged out of the boundary. The tower kettle of the sewage treatment tower is equipped with a tower kettle reboiler, which is heated by steam to maintain the temperature of the entire tower body and make the components reach a gas-liquid balance. Part of the extracted heavy components at the bottom of the tower go to the polymerization tank to continue the reaction, and part of the heavy components at the bottom of the tower are enriched and then packed into barrels. The qualified water produced by the sideline is buffered by the sideline production tank and then discharged out of the boundary.

  The sewage treatment tower of this device is designed as a sieve plate tower. Because there are solid particles in the sewage, the sieve holes in the tower are large. It should be noted that although the large-aperture sieve-plate tower is simple to process, the investment is small, and it is not easy to block.
