The low-temperature storage of ethylene is a fully frozen ethylene storage system. The main equipment is a 15000m3 ethylene storage tank used to store ethylene from transport ships. Ethylene is stored in an ethylene tank at close to normal pressure and -103°C. The pressure in the tank rises due to the evaporation of low-temperature liquid ethylene after absorbing heat. In order to avoid overpressure, the evaporated gas is compressed by the ethylene compressor and the cooler is cooled. Later, it can be directly sent to the overheated ethylene buffer tank; or sent to the ethylene absorption tower to exchange heat with -103℃ ethylene for condensation; or it can be condensed by the ethylene condenser to become -13℃ liquid ethylene, which will return to the ethylene buffer by gravity flow Inside the tank.
