The heat exchanger in this design is sealed with a stuffing box and uses internal expansion joints. Two internal measures are used to eliminate the excessive temperature difference between the tube side and the shell side of the heat exchanger, which will cause huge stress and break the internal material. In this way, the sealing effect of the heat exchanger is ensured, so that the heat exchanger has high heat transfer efficiency.
In addition, when the heat exchanger is at a high temperature of hundreds of degrees, its own thermal expansion and deformation will also cause the internal stress of the heat exchanger to be uneven, resulting in tube sheet fracture and leakage. Therefore, this design uses the sliding guide support at the bottom, one section is fixed, and the other end can slide in parallel, which ensures that the heat exchanger itself is not restricted by external forces when thermal expansion occurs, and can be freely within a certain range The internal expansion and contraction eliminates the influence of thermal stress on it.
