(1) A two-stage crystallization process is adopted, the first stage is used to ensure the purity of the product, and the second stage is used to ensure the yield of the product;
(2) The first-stage crystallization adopts a scraper-type falling film crystallizer, which can effectively control the purity and particle size of the crystal, and is convenient for separation;
(3) The secondary crystallizer adopts static crystallizer, intermittent operation, simple and reliable structure, no need to set up low-temperature centrifuge;
(4) The purity of the product can reach >99.7%, and the yield of the product can reach >90%.
(5) The optimization of the heat exchange network is reasonable, the energy consumption of the device is reduced, and the entire crystallization device does not require special chemicals or adsorbents, and the operation cost of the device is low.
(6) The entire device occupies a small area, and the fixed cost is low.
(7) At present, the heat exchange area of a single scraper falling film crystallizer can reach 130m2, and the equipment diameter can reach 2.6m. The heat exchange area of a single static crystallizer can reach 6840m2
