    Features of falling film evaporation system:

    1. The feed liquid of the falling film evaporator is added from the top of the evaporator, and falls in a film shape along the tube wall under the action of gravity. During this process, it evaporates and thickens, and a concentrated liquid is obtained at the bottom of the evaporator. Falling film evaporator can evaporate materials with higher concentration and higher viscosity (for example, in the range of 0.05~0.45Ns/m2).

    2. Since the solution flows in the form of a film in the single-pass evaporator, the heat transfer coefficient is relatively high.

    3. The residence time is short, it is not easy to cause material deterioration, and it is suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials.

    4. The liquid retention is small, and the falling film evaporator can operate quickly with near constant based on changes in energy supply, vacuum degree, feed rate, concentration, etc.

    5. Since the process fluid flows only under the action of gravity, instead of being driven by high temperature difference, low temperature difference evaporation can be used.

    6. The falling film evaporator is suitable for the evaporation and concentration of foaming materials. Because the material liquid evaporates in the heating tube as a film, vapor-liquid separation is formed. At the same time, at the bottom of the effect body, most of the material liquid is pumped away, and only a small amount is removed. Part of the material liquid and all the secondary steam enter the separator to strengthen the separation, and the material-liquid consolidation process does not cause too much impact, avoiding the formation of foam.

    The falling film evaporator in this design has the following main technical indicators

    1. Low evaporation consumption, 1kg steam can evaporate 3.2kg water.

    2. The evaporation temperature is low. Part of the secondary steam is re-inhaled into the first-effect heater through the jet heat pump, the heat is fully utilized, and the evaporation temperature is relatively low.

    3. Large concentration ratio, falling film evaporation, make the material liquid with higher viscosity easy to flow and evaporate, not easy to scale, and the concentration time is short, and the concentration ratio can reach 1:5.

    4. This equipment can realize fully automated production, intelligent system management, and meet the requirements of GMP standards.
