In the styrene plant, an intermediate heat exchanger is required between the two reactors to raise the temperature of the second reactor. The internal structure of the heat exchanger is relatively complicated, and it has been operated under high temperature and negative pressure for many years, so stable production puts forward higher requirements on the heat exchanger.
The high-temperature heat exchangers we designed and manufactured have been used in many styrene factories for many years and have received unanimous praise. Their stable operation, high heat exchange efficiency, guaranteed long-term and stable production in the factory, have made great contributions to energy saving and consumption reduction.
The main advantages are as follows:
1. The heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger is designed reasonably, which effectively reduces the pressure drop of the system
2. Full scientific calculations and simulations have been made for stress analysis at high temperature to ensure long-term operation and durability
3. The heat exchanger has high efficiency, sufficient heat utilization, and obvious energy saving and consumption reduction effects
4. The heat exchanger is located in the middle of the two reactors, which shortens the length of the connecting pipe and effectively reduces the thermal cracking rate of materials and products
