Using occasions of double tube plate heat exchanger
1. It is a kind of heat exchanger that prevents materials from the shell side (tube side) from leaking to the tube side (shell side). It completely separates the media in the tube side and the shell side through an isolation cavity.
2. By passing a medium in the isolation cavity, it is used to reduce the excessively high pressure difference or temperature difference between the tube and the shell.
At present, the double tube plate heat exchanger designed and produced by our company has a shell side design pressure of more than 4.0 MPa. It has been successfully applied to the maleic anhydride project of Luoyang Jiuyuan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., with good results and fully reaching the design goals. In the test state, the shell side pressure can reach 7.5MPa.
