It has been successfully applied to the maleic anhydride project of Luoyang Jiuyuan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., with good results and fully reaching the design goals. In the test state, the shell side pressure can reach 7.5MPa.
High temperature heat exchanger (intermediate heat exchanger of styrene plant)
In the styrene plant, an intermediate heat exchanger is required between the two reactors to raise the temperature of the second reactor. The internal structure of the heat exchanger is relatively complicated, and it has been operated under high temperature and negative pressure for many years, so stable production puts forward higher requirements on the heat exchanger.
Falling film evaporator
Falling film evaporators are widely used in the evaporation and concentration of water or organic solvent solutions in medicine, food, chemical, light industry and other industries, and can be widely used in waste liquid treatment in the above industries. It is especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials. The equipment operates continuously under vacuum and low temperature conditions. It has high evaporation capacity, energy saving and consumption reduction, low operating costs, and can ensure the invariance of materials during the evaporation process.

Three-effect evaporator (chemical environmental protection device)
The three-effect evaporator of this design uses the secondary steam produced by the first evaporator as a heating source again, and introduces it into another evaporator. As long as the pressure in the evaporator and the boiling point of the solution are controlled to reduce it appropriately, it can be used The secondary steam produced by the first evaporator is heated. At this time, the condensation of the first evaporator is the heating source of the second evaporator. The direction of access is the second effect, the third effect and so on.
