Double tube sheet heat exchanger
At present, the double tube plate heat exchanger designed and produced by our company has a shell side design pressure of more than 4.0MPa. It has been successfully applied to the maleic anhydride project of Luoyang Jiuyuan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., with good results and fully reaching the design goals. In the test state, the shell side pressure can reach 7.5MPa.
Alkylation reactor
In the petrochemical industry, the alkylation process is mainly used to produce high-octane gasoline blending components. For example, isobutane is alkylated with propylene or butene to obtain alkylated oil, which is the earliest application of the alkylation process.
Maleic anhydride oxidation reactor
Large-scale tubular isothermal reactors are generally used for strong exothermic oxidation reactions such as maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, acrylic acid, and methacrylic acid.
Loop oxidation reactor
The liquid phase oxidation of cyclohexane is a free radical self-oxidation mechanism, which first generates cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide, then partially decomposes to cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone, forming a complex mixture.
Tubular Hydrogenation Reactor
In the petrochemical industry, the hydrogenation process is not only used for hydrocracking, but also widely used for hydrorefining to remove impurities such as oxygen, sulfur, and nitrogen in the oil, and to saturate all olefins and aromatics.
